Exosphere To Stick To Sprinting
Godolphin’s Exosphere (Aus) (Lonhro {Aus}), the eye-catching winner of Saturday’s G1 Golden Rose S. Down Under, will stick to sprint trips for the remainder of his spring sophomore campaign. While it was indicated after Saturday’s win that the dark bay colt could stretch out to a mile for the G1 Caulfield Guineas, Godolphin’s Darren Beadman to RSN’s Shane Anderson the John O’Shea trainee would next take in the G2 Roman Consul S. next month.
“He came out and did everything right and won accordingly, and showed a bit of class,” Beadman said.
“They’re looking to go down the sprinting side of it, with the Roman Consul and then down to Melbourne for the straight races.”
